Jetty loved it! Scrambles are filled with snow & ice, easier for dogs than the summer rocks. |

Rock hard underfoot with a couple inches of dusting on top- perfect for microspikes & poles. Much less snow than when I snowshoed up two weeka ago. Trails to White Rock Mtn.(S) and the Skyline Trail(N) are unbroken, but solid underfoot with a few inches above, probably great snowshoeing.
Summit temp (South peak, 3,539') 10F @ 4 p.m.,light wind, Presi's in the clear w/ alpenglow. Had the hill to myself today. |
