Comments
Comments: Long Trail section from Prospect Rock Rd. outside of Johnson, over Roundtop (1,650')to the shelter , down to Plot Rd. then back up & over again- very nice trail running terrain, about 1,100' of vertical in 5 miles. Very few wet patches, excellent mud season hiking. One of the coolest shelters on the trail, too. No one else out, some rain and graupel but no issues. Lots of wildflowers coming out.
