 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
We drove up the rough dirt road to around 2000’ to where the road turns sharply and a driveway continues straight. Our trucks could have probably made it another mile in but would have scratched the paint probably. We were less than 2 miles west of the summit at this point. |

 | Comments: |
A nice warmup walk on roads/ snowmobile trails, then we had to head up through thick stuff. All kinds of logging regrowth, raspberry, nettles, cow parsnip, etc we just plowed through. The more mature woods eventually got nicer toward the summit. It was very open everywhere if it weren’t for the undergrowth. This is probably a better one for late fall, spring or winter but not now unless you like wading through nettles. |
