Soggy day to be out. Trail was boggy with loads of standing water, but there are a decent amount of stepping stones/roots through the puddles. No monorail left anywhere. Bugs were pretty minimal. Couple small blow downs but nothing major. We popped up to the top of Camel's hump and then got blown backwards off the summit so took the bad weather bypass instead. Plane wings are cool to see, right on the side of the trail. Montclair Glen Lodge is small but cozy. |
