Comments
Comments: The Burrows Trail contained a plethora of spring conditions on this last day of winter. The lower 0.5 mile was wet and muddy which switched over to an hard pack ice crust. I barebooted the first mile of trail then switched to 6 point strap on cramp-on's as the trail became a solid pack of ice. Traction will definitely be required. The final 0.5 miles to the summit was a hard pack monorail filled with post holes. Snow was melting fast and it was nice to get a final 4k mountain this winter.
