Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Narrow dirt road in with numerous signs stating no parking on sides of road or potential towing. Don't believe anyone had to park illegally today but weekends are a different story. Caretaker said a camera had been installed this year and some have been towed but probably in a problem section with a land owner.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found the turn for Camel's Hump Road after carelessly missing it and driving 5 unnecessary miles farther down main road. Where was my GPS friend when I needed them.

Comments
Comments: Think Danielle/navychick was just leaving as I started. Wish I'd recognized her, would have stopped for a chat. Beautiful day. Perfect trail conditions. Nice conversations with 4 very experienced thru hikers/peak baggers at summit. With parking situation one may be better off hiking from Monroe Tr. side. Better road and better parking by far.
