  | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
There were folks parked at the upper public lot at the trout club - gate was closed but not locked so I imagine that’s how. Assuming it was locked and not knowing the rules here I parked at the lower lot, all are signed nicely  |

Easy hops!  |

  | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail was in great shape after the Trout Club. The trail from the lower lot was pretty eroded at places as it is a wicked side hill!   |

This is THE hike to do for any ability in VT. In less 1000 vert you get a water body, waterfall, cliff views, lodge, notch, and a freakin cave!!! This was my 7th or 8th time visiting Nebraska notch and my first time at the cave I feel like I robbed myself not visiting sooner.
