Nice day, nice gradual trail with a little slabiness on the upper 1/3. Great views from the fire tower. Had pt today found out I have severe arthritis in left knee. Asked if I should open a can of toughenup which got me a dingo stare from my therapist, Response was you are going to have pain deal with it. Lots of nice people out on this fun easy hike. |
