Parked at log landing off Sable Mountain Rd. Followed a skidder road for a short distance and headed into the woods, which was a tangle of shrubs, ferns, small maples and hobblebush. I found no open woods and whacked my way to the summit to find the register. What a surprise, it can't be missed. Returned on the same track. I suggest doing this in winter, when you can snowshoe on top of all the crap. |
