Trail in great shape and quite dry. Small patches of snow in the shady “tunnels” on the way to the ridge, and the section linking the top of the ridge with the top of Laura Cowles was filled in with snow, as was the beginning of the ascent to the Chin. Snow was packed (walking on top no problem) and easy to get traction in just boots. |
