New signs (Catamount Tr. & Beaver Tr.) replaced about a week ago. Should end confusion by some new hikers to area about which way to go. |

Wet--wet--wet. Steady rain throughout hike. Colors have been dull here compared to Pinkham and Crawford Notches. Still lots of color to come however. |
