Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: There is new LT trailhead parking on Coddling Hollow Rd about 600 feet before old parking lot, but old parking lot is still there and usable. Road construction in Hyde Park at intersection of Rtes 100 and 15 and for stretches in middle of Johnson Village delayed us getting to the trail for 15 minutes.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: What few streams there are on this stretch are all lower than usual. The water source for Spruce Ledge Camp at intersection of shelter side trail and the LT is low, but usable.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Summit signs are all up on Bowen Mtn N and S Peaks, Butternut Mtn, and Laraway Peak. Well-blazed, especially well-brushed-out south of Corliss Camp.
