plenty of parking across from Boy Scout reservation. |

Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

stream was easy to cross with low water levels |

a few blowdowns, but nothing major. The trail was well-marked until near the summit where it was confusing. |

a few black flies, but not biting yet |

| Comments: |
This was a challenging hike for such a small mountain. The second half was very steep and would be slippery when wet. For our hike, however, the trail was dry and all the snow/ice is gone. Some lovely trout lily, red trillium, and spring beauty in bloom in the hardwood forest sections. |
