Stream crossing was trivial - it's almost scarily dry. |

One blowdown, very easily stepped over. |

None, they were too smart to be out in this heat. |

More than plenty of mosquitos, bug dope definitely advisable. We started out without putting any on; that lasted until the first time we stopped. |

Main trail from state park campground.
One other person on trail. Good hike but early start was crucial given the heat. Sign on gate invites people to come, enjoy, and go. In other words, social distancing still in effect at least until park opens on the 26th. |
