Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Nothing major. In fact, water is sparse at times, especially on the pine cobble and Appalachian approach trails to the Vermont border
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are in great shape. Recent work done on a number of blow downs on the LT/AT
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw a number on Pine cobble, whole stretch would be nice and easy for an eager pup
Bugs: Lots with the hot and sunny conditions. Some biters, mostly just annoying
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: None
Comments: Pine Cobble, East Mtn, Unnamed Mtn (Lagano), Harmon Hill

Trails are in early season shape and ready for use. Shelters along the AT/LT are closed, but tentsites alongside the shelters appear to be open and usable. This leg was almost completely deserted at on Memorial Day weekend, so a wonderful time without many disturbances. Beavers extremely active.
