Comments
Comments: This trail is dry, then muddy, then snowy and icy. We made it to the viewpoint below the summit. Microspikes were very helpful even to reach this section. We did not attempt to climb the rocks to ascend to the firetower. A person coming down said even with his microspikes that section was hazardous. I expect the trail to continue to get muddier over the next few weeks and believe it is time to stay away and let it dry out.
