Great day. Packed snow right to summit, no ice anywhere, which was a pleasant surprise. It looked like there had been new snow pretty recently up high; tons on the trees. Trail was pretty well packed. that will change if forecast for tomorrow is accurate. Skies were clearing, but not clear until I was halfway down, so no real views, but not socked in either. Summit was pretty.
There is one porta potty open in the upper summer lot. No TP and sanitizer is empty. JUST FYI. |
