| Comments: |
The trail was unbroken in most places -- someone had walked some of the way up to the pond and then I broke out the trail up to the Green Mountain peak. Whoever blazes the trail is awesome because the signs saved me a couple of times, although I regret the unintended bushwhacks. There were a few drifts where snowshoes would have been better, but even up top, the snow was no more than ankle deep, and honestly snow shoes would have twisted an ankle for me. |
