Comments
Comments: Thin snow at base, but 1' with solid crust under 2" softening new snow to bench/viewpoint; then 2'-3' to summit with less reliable crust. Peak rocks becoming bare with sunshine.
Snowshoes all the way today,although up to bench viewpoint anything will work. Above viewpoint-->peak snowshoes best unless postholing is your thing. After subtropical temps,expect mashed potato at these mid-elevations. We'll need to look higher.
