Comments
Comments: Perfect day for a foliage hike! We've been wanting to hike Ascutney for a while, and we're glad we waited for a mostly clear day on Columbus day weekend. We encountered a few people while going up, but the hang-glider outlook and the summit area were mobbed (mostly by people who drove up the toll road). Probably the best foliage we've ever seen, and that is saying something. Could see all of the greens, as well as from Monadnock to Washington in NH. Hope everyone was able to get out on the trails today!
