Parking/Access Road Notes: Dirt road to trailhead is in great shape. One other car there at 8:30am, 5 cars at 12:30pm.

Dog-Related Notes: Warning signs for porcupines. We saw one about 1.75 miles in. Keep your dogs on a short leash.

Bugs: Lots of flies just before the cabin.

Comments: Trail is in great shape. A little mud, but very manageable. Almost flat for the first 2 miles, and the steepness builds steadily from there.
