Nicely blazed; signage very visible. |

The local dogs were on the trail today; met them going down with some hikers and then later going up with a different group. Friendly dogs; wonder how many summits they do per year. |

Light traction was fine today. Trail smooth and firm with no ice. If weather forecast holds true trail should be fine for light traction until at least Sunday. |
