Comments
Comments: Trails to and below Pinnacle and Hunger well tracked with up to 8" snow and some ice patches-traction helpful.
Above 'peaks' the Skyline trail requires excellent route-finding skills as blazes and trail often not obvious. Snow 1-3', and many snow/ice covered ledges requiring scrambling. Trail too rough for snowshoes.
Despite obscured weather, we had a fine adventurous day on this loop. Easy to 'summits, but recommend Skyline only for experienced strong hikerS.
