Comments
Comments: Unseasonably warm; upper Monroe has frequent stretches with running water.
Patches of snow/ice scattered up and down summit approaches both N & S, but careful foot placement on soft snow and rock makes trails manageable.
We arrived on summit to find a modest wind clearing clouds; nice to see views appear an area at a time.

Traction not currently needed, but adequate boots recommended.
