This is a nice trail, and I had a great time. The trail was well broken out up until the ski slope is reached. From there, I had to guess to hike up the slope, then I saw the trail about 100 yards up (if that) on the left. From the re-entry into the woods, the trail was not broken out.Any tracks looked to be around a week old, and the register in the cabin was last documented on 12/3. I used snowshoes up and back, but anyone doing it before the next snow storm can definitely get away with light traction.
I didn't see a soul all day. |
