Beat the rain by starting at 3:30am. Was rewarded with a stunning sunrise.
Radar forecasts were pretty much right on. Trail is looking outstanding all winter blow down cleared, etc. Was going to do another but did not want to summit in a deluge. Lots of parking at that time in the morning and the bugs all slept in. |
