The second half of Lye Brook Trail (east of Lye Brook Falls) was very overgrown and dissected a small bog that swallowed my legs to the knees. |

Lost a camp towel on the second half (eastern) of Lye Brook Trail toward Bourn Pond |

May be redundant, but I found the second half of Lye Brook Trail as one begins to descend toward Bourn Pond to be very difficult. I was wet from the soaked foliage, the eastern half of the trail was nearly invisible due to overgrowth, and the bog crossings were tedious at best. |
