Nice hike for us young ones or an easy day between Vt. 4000's if in the Burlington area. Views of Adirondacks and Green Mountains along with the beautiful lake scenery. This segment is part of Island Line Tr. which starts at Oakledge Park and at 12.5 miles a seasonal bike ferry provides crossing over to South Hero. This segment I'd estimate at 4 miles oneway. |
