 | Comments: |
After Mt. Abraham (before Little Abe) heading toward Ellen there is a herdpath leading to some plane crash wreckage marked by a small cairn. When arriving at the ski areas, sometimes the trail can be hard to find, so look carefully for the white blazes to locate the path again. Mt. Ellen is unmarked and many couldn't locate the summit, but it's simply a trampled wooded area along the trail marked by a tiny cairn. A ski area is visible through the trees from the summit of Ellen. |
