Parking/Access Road Notes: Small parking lot off Rice Farm Road in Dummerston, southeast of the one lane iron bridge from Route 30. A little overflow room on the shoulder of the road.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Lower half of the trail is very well maintained with lots of drainage and rock stairways built in recent years.

Bugs: A deer fly down low and some mosquitoes (not terrible, but noticeable) throughout.

Comments
Comments: Black Mountain Natural Area Nature Conservancy west of Brattleboro.

Trail was mostly dry and in good shape. Decent amount of blueberries on the summit. Views were underwhelming, but poking around the ledges revealed Mt. Monadnock and Wantastiquet Mountain.
