What gives with so few Vermont hikers not posting trail reports? This typically NH-bound family loved Mt Hunger although it was overcast when we summited then began raining. Slick in spots but trail is nicely graded so even descent from the top 0.2 of rocky cone was fine. Superb looking across the Mt Mansfield/Long Trail ridge and we thought way off to the east were our beloved Whites. Eager to come back and do a few 4K's. |
