The rain ended overnight & skys were clear by the summit. Bucklin Trail
very level first 2 miles & then starts climbing. The spur trail to the top
is steep. The trails are all clear, well blazed and a pleasure to hike. I
think the trail between the footbridges is an Irene reroute but it is well
worn & easy to follow. Nice open summit except for towers facing south. |
