Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All crossings are straightforward rock hops.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns and mudpits, but much evidence of trail work as well. Signs are new since I was last here a few years ago, and look very good.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw several. They should be comfortable with scrambles, since there are several on the AT on the north side of Bear Mountain.
Bugs
Bugs: None.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing.

Comments
Comments: Trails were generally in good condition, though there was some mud in places. Everything was well blazed and signed. A few of the scrambles going up the north side of Bear Mountain were wet, but most of them were dry and the rocks were grippy. Weather was cool with a breeze, but nothing too bad. No ice or snow anywhere. Only a few plants have started to bloom this early. Plenty of people out today.

Always fun to revisit this one!
