still kind of brushy across the ridge..we moved out several blowdowns though a couple of good sized ones remain for the chainsaw..trimmed a bit in a couple of other spots after getting face slapped a few too many times... |

what a day this turned out to be..windy and chilly this morning while climbing bareboot up Polecat Trail..some undercast..Once to the ridge snowshoes needed in varying amounts of drifted snow and packed out trail sections..some pretty good drifts..Presis cleared about noon..spectacular visibility and the winds dropped to near calm as we enjoyed lunch on A..great!!! |
