Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The crossings were all fairly easy. All but the first (the lowest) offered multiple options for crossing.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail maintenance? Actually the Rocky Branch up to 2800' is in pretty good shape. I climbed and Lauky jumped over trees all day long, but nothing that was particularly difficult.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: The trail is long and there are stream crossings but other than that there are no particular problems for a dog. Water for drinking on this route is definitely not an issue.

Bugs: None

Comments
Comments: I love the peak. I don't care for those trails. It was nice having the entire wilderness to ourselves today.
