 | Trails: |

 | Date of Hike: |
Sunday, September 16, 2012 |
 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of parking at Livermore, 5 cars when we arrived, many more when we left, but other than dog-walkers, runners, and bikers, we only saw one other hiker all day. |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
All crossings were small and inconsequential. |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There was one sizable blowdown, I think it was on the the north half of the Mt. Tripyramid Trail before the slide. Water bars on south half of Mt. Tripyramid Trail looked freshly brushed. |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
I would imagine the slides would require an experienced dog. We saw one dog coming up just above the S. Slide. |
 | Bugs: |
None |

 | Comments: |
The trails were in good shape and easy to follow. A few muddy patches, but most were avoidable. It was a perfect day to tackle the N. slide, it was cool and breezy, and the slide was dry. The S. slide was dry as well, descending wasn't too bad, but the scree was annoying. |
