Windy! We decided on this trek after reaching the Appalachia lot and reading the wind forecast (and feelIng it) gorgeous views but definitely needed gloves, hats and lots of layers. Nicely sheltered most of way. Congrats to the young man who scored #48 on S. Twin. Hopefully that will be us soon - #45 today for the autistic wonder boys and their now-older but delighted parents who remember all those years where simple trails were a struggle. The mountains have so brought us all to a better place. |
