Used the bushwack coming down North Twin trail to avoid first two crossings. They would have been rock-hoppable, but why bother. The bushwhack is well defined, and in better shape than some trials in the Whites. It does have about a dozen blow-downs though. |

lots of water down low. Bring a little for the ridge. trail from Galehead hut to South Twin is steep and rocky. Mountain savvy dogs will be fine with it though. |

Gorgeous views on South Twin. Took a nap for over an hour on the warm rocks in the sun. Thanks to Tina and Claude for the car spot. |
