| Comments: |
Trails in great shape. Footways solid with very few postholes. Snow was not slippery even on the steep sections. Was able to walk upright wearing snowshoes with traction although some hikers opted for some glissading. At least four groups of hikers on the trails. Ridge section between North and South peaks had varied surfaces from loose snow to crusty snow. Fed Gray Jay at North Hancock. Trails can be walked with snowshoes or some light traction (microspikes). |
