| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There are two new blow downs on the lower part of the Osseo Trail. The Osseo trail is in great shape:mostly dry, a little bit of erosion and a pleasure to hike. At the top of the ladders there was a small lake though so drainage there seemed to to be an issue. |

| Comments: |
Beware of a ground bee nest on the right just after you finish climbing the ladders. Several people in our group got stung. On our return we kept an eye out and were able to see the little buggers and avoid them by staying to the left. Stunning day for hiking all or part of our beloved Franconia Ridge. |
