interesting dog day with 2 puppies??, a toy yorkie??and 2 pit bull mixes advertised as guard dogs by their handler.."don't get too close" they don't like strangers... Great |

Adams bugs were out and startled Ben..swarms of non biting flies on Madison .. we did not linger there |

Presi Day!! Time to get my nephew Ben back above treeline as he continues his 48 quest. 24 and 25 today. Perfect day really with enough cloud cover at times to temper the sun but mostly clear with fine though hazy views. All trails predominantly dry and the rocks were sticky so we made quick time. Middle section of Valley Way much more eroded than I remember otherwize all footing good today.. |
