Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Road still closed, though i am at a loss as to why. Plenty of parking at the trail head at the beginning of Sawyer River road. Even though the road si stil closed, it is well traveled by those with a key. There were two vehicles up in the actual lot when we got there. Road is completely repaired....Hmmmmm

Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Only two were wet, easy rock hopping
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Two new re-routes. The very beggining avoiding that river crossing, and then another section at about the half mile section where the trail had been washed out by last years storm. No blazing except on the two new sections. The crews were working and have plenty more due to the storm damage.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I don't have one, but very step and rocky top half of trail.
Bugs

Comments
Comments: The views are as advertised, some of the best. This mountain is tied with Washington for the number of other 4000 foters viewed, 43. Walking the ridge is awesome, views on both sides. The upper half is very steep, but fun. This was number 48 for me, and number 16 for Wyatt.
