Comments: Polecat Ski Trail is lovely. Great way to descend.

We waited out the storm this morning, then zoomed up from Carter Notch Hut, over the Wildcat Ridge Trail, and down the ski trails in three hours. We were two miles into our three mile Route 16 roadwalk (to get back to our car) when the storm hit...very glad we weren't still on the ridge when the lightning arrived.

Trip Report will be posted on my BLOG late Tuesday evening (14th).

Congrats to Alex for finishing her second round of the NH4Ks. We realized last week that she only had one to go if she wanted to complete a second round, and ten to go if she wanted to complete a third round. Not sure if she'll want to complete the entire third round anytime soon, since we're having too much fun investigating all the other peaks and trails NH has to offer.
