Comments
Comments: Walked up through the gulf to the boulder field near the lower end of the buttress trail. A gorgeous spot for lunch, with extensive views of the Gulf and surrounding peaks. Water levels in the Gulf are low enough to make all of the crossings easy, including our final one at the Six Husbands/GG junction. Very steamy in the woods, but at least it kept the sun off and there were some nice breezes along the river, not to mention the fine swimming holes all along the way.
