Microspikes best for lower sections; steeper upper sections have areas of ice covered with loose new snow-->CRAMPONS by far the best for these sections.
Very fine day-temp~15, negligible wind; clouds dissipated of Pres, Franconia, Bond ridges by mid-day.
Only 3 other people. Shorter but good workout.
