The water crossing must be at a record-setting low. Some of the minor ones were bone dry. All easily rock-hoppable. |

Lots of swarming flies today, but none seemed to be biting |

Warm day out with hazy views, but great to be out and hiking! Water crossings always make me nervous, but even I had to say "Wow, we really need rain" as I looked at the trickles in some of these brooks. I could walk across the mud pits between the summits. |
