Had planned on Jefferson but high winds kept us lower. Twins were a great choice. We thought about going out to West Bond because it was so nice but opted instead for nearly 2 hours on the North and South summits. Great choice as todays views were spectacular. Watched Washington clear. Good views to the Presidentials, Maine, Lakes Region, Camels Hump and Mansfield. Seems there is never enough time to enjoy these great summits but today we did. Thanks to BarbaraR and KristyR for a fine day and Charlie too...he is ready for Caps Ridge or 6 Husbands. Quite a climber!! |
