Parking/Access Road Notes: While there's plenty of parking, best to meet up at PNC and carpool to the trailhead.

Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There are 2 stream crossings on the Carter-Moriah Trail. Easily crossed via a combination of young ice bridges and rock hopping. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The ridge between So. & Middle had some bent overs and one blow down. Our group sawed off some boughs, and we crawled under it. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Firmly packed trail the entire way, with some open water... dog friendly if your dog is hearty!
