Busy day as expected at Appalachia. Had to park one of the two cars on the road at 8:30. Plenty of room at Lowe's for the car spot |

Trails in good condition. New rock steps on upper Spur Trail before Crag Camp need some minor maintenance. Last remaining log ladder on Spur Trail needs to be replaced (which is planned by RMC for this summer) |

Nice that Crag Camp and all the RMC facilities are dog friendly! Was nice spending the weekend with Ella. Nice pup! |

No real bug issues this weekend. Didn't go to the summit of Adams to see if the usual weird summit bugs were out though |

Just a fantastic weekend to be in the northern Presis! No peaks (other than the Adams family sub-peaks) attained, and never felt cheated for a moment! The stay at Crag Camp was awesome! First time we've been at an RMC camp, and we'll definitely be back. Couldn't ask for two better days!! |
