Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Minor rock hopping (fun).
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Beautifully maintained. The new (rerouted) section was a pleasant surprise to us (had not read about it). There are some new signs as well.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw a few. They seemed to be enjoying the beautiful day.
Bugs: This was such a perfect day you know there had to be one thing wrong! Hardly any in the woods, but they (black flies) were all on the summits! No mosquitoes, however.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found:
Comments: This is my first post, hope it's o.k. I hesitated to even check off water on the trails, it was so minor (but do be careful of the few slippery rocks). I don't think any one could have asked for a better day than this! Beautiful clear blue skies; the views from Galehead porch and the two summits were excellent (other than the blackflies)!

These were #27 and #28 for my daughter and me, not enough time for #29 (would have been North Twin). Many happy people out enjoying the day!
